Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan is free for one property, forever. No credit card required. When you're ready to add more properties or unlock the supply tracker and profitability tools, you can upgrade anytime.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
When your trial ends, you'll be asked to add a card to continue on Host or Pro. If you don't, you'll automatically move to the Starter plan (1 property, core features). No charge, no surprises.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want — changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade mid-cycle, you get a prorated credit toward the next billing period.
Do you charge per property or per user?
Per plan, not per property or per user. Your Host plan covers up to 5 properties, and you can add as many team members (cleaners, co-hosts) as you need at no extra cost.
Does StayReady integrate with Airbnb and VRBO?
Yes. We connect directly to your Airbnb and VRBO calendars. Turnovers are auto-scheduled the moment a booking is confirmed — no manual entry needed.
